Osteopathy is a hands-on, whole-body approach to health that works with your muscles, joints and connective tissue — easing pain, improving movement and supporting your body's natural ability to heal.

What happens at my first appointment?
Your initial consultation runs 30 minutes. Marcus takes a full history, assesses how you move, explains what's going on, and begins hands-on treatment. Comfortable clothing is ideal.
Does treatment hurt?
Osteopathy is gentle and hands-on — most people find it relaxing. Some techniques can leave mild, short-lived soreness, which settles within a day or two.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your condition and goals. Marcus will talk you through a realistic plan at your first visit, and you'll often feel a difference early on.
